Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Pops
with Salted Caramel Recipe

This Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Pops with a Salted Caramel base will delight your guests. It is a great sugar free dessert for kids. This recipe is also Vegan: no added sugar and no dairy products needed.

Presenting a special treat: Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Pops with Salted Caramel surprise! On sunny, warm summer days, we're lucky to have lots of delicious strawberries. We use them to make yummy things for our family and friends. We can create healthy treats like Fresh Strawberry Parfait and Homemade Strawberry Sorbet. And there's also something extra special: Dairy-Free Strawberry Ice Pops with a Salted Caramel surprise!

When we make these ice pops, everyone loves them. They're perfect for tiny guests or special occasions like birthdays. And guess what? They taste amazing without using any processed sugar!

The strawberries and the salted caramel mix together and taste really, really good. Every bite is super yummy and makes us want more.   • 4 - 5 Strawberries (fresh or unfrozen)
  • 180 gr. | 0.8 cups of Oat Yoghurt / Almond Yoghurt / Coconut Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Date Paste or Date Syrup (blend 6 dates and mix with water)
  • 4 - 8 drops of Organic Vanilla Extract (alternative: 2 x tiny pinches of Bourbon Vanilla)
  • 4 Tbsp. Cashew Butter
  • 3 - 5 pinches of Sea Salt
  • a glas of water

▷ Equipment:

  • large bowl
  • blender / hand-held mixer
  • tablespoon
  • 6 - 10 Ice Pop Molds
  • Freezer

Baking level: Easy and beginner-friendly!
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Freezing time: 8 - 12 hours

Preparation

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the Strawberry Mix

1 - add 5 - 7 Strawberries into a mixing bowl (00:05)

2 - add 180 gr. | 0.8 cups of Oat Yoghurt (alternatives: Coconut Yoghurt, Almond Yoghurt, Cashew Yoghurt) (00:08)

3 - add 1 Tbsp. of Date Paste or Date Syrup (00:09)

4 - add 2 - 4 drops of Organic Vanilla Extract. (Alternative: a tiny pinch of Bourbon Vanilla) (00:10)

5 - Blend with Blender or Hand Held Mixer (00:13)

6 - Fill in Pop Molds with Strawberry Mix. Leave enough space for the Salty Caramel Base. (00:20)


▶︎ Step 2: Prepare Salty Caramel Base

1 - add 4 - 5 Tbsp. of Cashew Butter into a Mixing Bowl (00:23)

2 - add 1 Tbsp. of Date Paste or Date Syrup (00:25)

3 - add 4 - 5 pinches of Sea Salt (00:27)

4 - add 2 - 4 drops of Organic Vanilla Extract. (Alternative: a tiny pinch of Bourbon Vanilla) (00:29)

5 - Blend with Blender or Hand Held Mixer (00:31)

6 - add a bit of Water for a creamy consistency (00:32)

7 - continue to Blend with Blender or Hand Held Mixer (00:33)


▶︎ Step 3: Add Salty Caramel Base

1 - Add Salty Caramel Cream on top of Strawberry mix in the Ice Pops (00:35)

2 - Close Ice Pops with Pop Sticks (00:46)

3 - Freeze for 8 - 12 hours (00:49)
