Introduction

Get ready to savor our homemade Chocolate Quinoa Bars with Nuts and Seeds – they're both scrumptious and good for you! This recipe blends simple, natural ingredients to make a tasty snack that's perfect for your sweet cravings.

First, we mix finely chopped almonds with soft, squishy dates for a nutty-sweet base. Then, we add puffed quinoa for a yummy crunch and toasted sunflower seeds for extra flavor. We use nut cream (you can pick cashew or almond), a bit of coconut oil for creaminess, and a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

Once everything's mixed up, we spread it into a baking dish, making sure it's nice and even. Then comes the fun part – melting dark chocolate with 85% cocoa and pouring it all over the top. We finish it off with a sprinkle of coconut flakes. After a short trip to the freezer or a few hours in the fridge, your bars are ready to enjoy. These Chocolate Quinoa Bars are a delicious and healthy snack you can have any time of day!
